PAVE: Culture Uncovered
Highlights

Last month, Aadit Shah from the 4th Floor Creative Insight team hosted the third edition of PAVE: Culture Uncovered focused on Cultural Caretakers, with a roundtable discussion on the renewed importance of those capturing, creating, and curating culture at a time where algorithms are growing in influence… from cultural archivers to community organisers, and everything in between.

On the panel, we were joined by the incredible:
Elijah (Close The App, Make The Ting – cultural journalist known for his viral “yellow notes”)
Gugz (WMY? – a storytelling platform connecting people by asking what makes them happy and sad)
JJess (Hard To Explain, Easy To Feel – a DJ hosting curated, intentional listening sessions)
Thiam (Air Afrique – a Parisian art collective making global waves after reviving a defunct airline)
Tosin (African Style Archive – an archivist building community through cultural history)

In a sea of infinite scroll feeds, the panel were generous and rich in valuable perspectives on how to create and celebrate lasting resonance and meaning.
